Rowdy is a second-generation radio guy who grew up in Texas. He has worked at some of the most legendary country radio stations in the nation. He is an ACM Award Winner for Personality of the Year, and was the youngest person to ever be inducted to the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.
Fun Fact: When he ‘hit the big time’ in 1994, he informed his new boss that he only planned on spending two years (max) in Houston, as he wanted to get to California as soon as career would allow it. It only took him 30 years to make good on that promise! He is happily married to Kim, a local realtor, and has two spoiled dogs named Clyde and Pepper. Say Howdy to Rowdy!
